Welcome to Pure Leadership Power™

Self-paced and open-enrollment. The course is laid out as one short lesson a day — a few brief videos and a single 15-minute action you apply to your team that same day. Do today's day, mark it complete, come back tomorrow.

How each day works (~15 minutes)

  1. Open today's day. It bundles 2–4 short videos that total about 15 minutes.
  2. Do the action. Each day ends with one concrete 15-minute action for your team.
  3. Document it in the note box, then log it in the SMART App so it counts.
  4. Mark the day complete and keep your streak. Tomorrow, the next day is waiting.
Why this matters: leadership changes through repetition, not information. Fifteen focused minutes a day compound into habits your team feels — and the SMART App is where you measure those behaviors so they stick. A few days are longer "deep dives," clearly marked, if you want to go further.

Start here — before Day 1

Take these two first. Your results flow into the SMART App and personalize everything.

🎓 Your capstone — the 90-Day Charter

When you've worked the days, write your 90-Day Leadership Operating Plan (your Charter): the 2–3 behaviors you're committing to, the operating rhythm you'll run, how you'll measure them in the SMART App, and your why. Submit it any time to complete the course.

Example: Capstone + 90-Day Charter

My why

I lead a 42-bed med-surg unit. When I'm reactive, my team feels it — turnover climbs and safety slips. I'm doing this to become the calm, consistent leader my nurses can count on, so we keep good people and give safer care. That's worth 15 minutes a day.

The 2–3 behaviors I'm committing to

1) Run a 10-minute daily safety huddle at 7:15am, every day. 2) Have one "hard but kind" accountability conversation each week instead of avoiding it. 3) Protect one 15-minute recharge block daily so I lead from a full tank.

My operating rhythm

• Daily: 7:15am huddle · 15-min recharge · log actions in the SMART App. • Weekly: Friday 30-min review of my three metrics + one accountability conversation. • Monthly: review my Compass focus and adjust one behavior.

How I'll measure it in the SMART App

• Huddle streak (target: 90/90 days). • Weekly accountability conversations logged (target: 12 over 90 days). • Unit metric I own — call-light response time (baseline 4:10 → target under 3:00). I'll watch the trend line, not the daily dot — behaviors first, results follow.

My 90-day target

By day 90: huddles are automatic, my team names accountability as a strength in our pulse check, and response time is trending down. Then I set the next 90-day charter.
